Bronwyn holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology (with distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a registered Industrial Psychologist with the HPCSA (Health Professions Council of South Africa). She is also a SACE (South African Council for Educators) registered high-school teacher. 

Her professional journey includes a nine-year teaching tenure at one of the country’s top ISASA schools, complemented by the establishment of her own consultancy, as well as performing the role of Player Development Manager at a professional sports team.

As an experienced educator and Industrial Psychologist, she brings a unique skillset that is broad, yet specialised. Over the past 28 years, she has actively participated in the sport of rowing, contributing in various capacities, including managing and coaching at the Junior National level, and competing and umpiring at the International level. This extensive experience, coupled with her expertise in high-performance sports and the ever-evolving educational landscape, as well as her proficiency in career counselling, facilitation, and coaching, will make her a valuable partner on your journey.
